The concept shows a green commerce and office center building for open, flexible and sustainable shop units.
3-storey stripe building and urban roof landscape for mixed use: at groundfloor areas for retail and shops and at level 1-3 for office, service and gastronomy. A park bridge is connecting urban landscape park with new retail square on the other side of the main road. Open spaces, lighting areas, sustainable openings offer perspective views into nature. A new giant PV solar park is formed with integrated lighting panels.
