The concept is about a new eco city structure with green mixed uses and urban landscape park – ecorings, innovative sustainable housing forms and metropolitan urban functions.

The residential and non-residential uses are organized in linear functional strips and areas with intermediate green urban spaces, crossings, passages and bridges with sustainable shop units.

The 3-storey stripe buildings and urban roof landscape for mixed use give the new identity for the area.
