A Summer Villa overlooking Euboic Sea.
The basic proposal was to integrate the building as smoothly as possible into the steep slope of the plot and into the wider natural environment. For this reason, the building is structured on two levels, which follow the slope of the ground.
The entrance is from the street level directly to the 1st floor, where the living room, kitchen and a WC are placed, and two large, elevated terraces are formed, one for the outdoor connection of the kitchen and one for the living room.
Directly below, on the partly underground ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and storage rooms. The bedrooms open onto a ground floor terrace, with an infinity pool as well as a pool house, which contains an outdoor covered kitchen and living area.
The roof is planted with local plants in order to reduce the environmental footprint of the residence, but also for better integration into the area.
