MoHo 901. Avli House

The original house MoHo 901 consists two cubes that form an inner courtyard, cleverly transforming and connecting the external and surrounding space with the interior main rooms.

On the ground floor, on one side of the courtyard, we can find the living-dining area with an open kitchen while on the opposite of the yard a large open plan room with its bathroom is situated and which can be divided with portable walls into two smaller rooms, when required.

On the upper level, a master bedroom with balcony and great sea view and with its own bathroom and walk-in closet is situated while being connected to a large outdoor, semi-covered terrace for multiple uses.

An external staircase leads up to the green roof, which brings a wonderful 360 degrees view to the Marathon sea and Mount Pentelis with its run outs.

The energy-efficient building offers maximum living comfort and has been designed according to bioclimatic elements, so that all rooms have optimal orientation for natural light, ventilation and shading.

The building equipment and carefully selected materials follow modern functions and meet current standards.
