Mosaic Atrium Cube

The project is about an urban hybrid-multi-storey building with a coherent central atrium space and vertical and horizontal garden spaces for private use.  The garden spaces operate as green pockets, atmospheric filters, microclimate spaces and roof gardens that either are private or connect the different uses and levels. The Urban Oasis on ground level is open to all users and tenants.

Building, levels and units are arranged around the central atrium core, so that all tenants have direct contact to the main atrium and the vertical and horizontal gardens.

The mosaic façade structure takes technical, cultural and functional aspects into account and becomes a vertical ornament and gives a special identity to the building. Eco sustainable and innovate environmental qualities are considered in high priority.
