The design of a new bioclimatic multi-storey residential building is located in Kifissia, the green, northern suburb of Athens, offering optimum space for young and senior couples as well as families with great floor apartments and optimized, energy-neutral planned spaces within in a pleasant comfort and green area throughout the year. The light-flooded living and sleeping spaces are organized horizontally on one floor and seem to flow into the landscape letting the view wander into the expanse of neighbourhood and nature. The natural, sustainable materials are kept in bright and modern white, completed with wooden shades and elements and lead to an attractive play of light and shadow during all seasons of the year.
